Effectively drying water-damaged buildings, systems and contents is a detailed and complex process, requiring a combination of art and science.

The objective of drying is to minimize the amount of time that materials spend in an abnormally wet state, and to return affected materials to an acceptable drying goal as quickly and safely as practical.

By using professional and specialty restoration and drying equipment excess water is collected and removed. The remaining water in materials is promptly evaporated by using specialized equipment placed strategically to provide high-velocity air movement across wet materials.

When the structure and contents are considered -DRY- a Bio Cleaning is completed by using a patented dyne penetrating surfactant used along with an EPA registered antimocrobial shield. This allows ESS to provide a 5-year written warranty on each project.
